FLE-The Next Generation and a fun and busy week
What a super busy, crazy, and great week! I'm ready for a nap now. We had 6 events over the weekend and this was our first booked to the max multi op weekend and the guys all did great!
Here are a few pics from my week.
The week started with getting ready for gigs and putting systems together. On Tuesday I worked with DJ Jason and got everything ready for the weekend. The kids are now home for the summer and this is a pic I snapped of Fingerlakes Entertainment: The Next Generation. My son and Jason's daughter (5 and 6) getting familiar with an old Numark board and practicing on the Mic.
I had a Thursday meeting with a couple and passed one of my favorite spots in the area, the south end of Canandaigua Lake. Everytime I drive by this lookout I have to stop. The meeting went well and we're going to have a grea time at the couples August reception.
Some pictures of my 6/27 event at The Inn on The Lake in Canandaigua. Very fun event. So hot in the tent most people spent the night outside, I wish I could have. No fans just a sweaty DJ team and another Photobooth! Last weekend both Jason and I had the events where our client provided a Photobooth from Finger Lakes Photo Booth. They do a great job. Saturdays Photobooth was provided by Upstate Photo Booth out of Binghampton NY. 2 weeks in a row, and 3 consecutive events with one being there. Played a slide show during dinner dedicated to the brides sister and husband who were married the same day in 1992. Went over really well. The mother of the bride fainted twice from the heat, but fought her way to the end of the night.
Saturday had me at Heron Hill Winery on Keuka Lake. One of my favorite weddings of all time. Great couple, lots of energy, great guests, great view, and a packed dance floor from start to finish. Nothing fancy with this one just good tunes and fun intros.
